We spotted Jeret "Speedy" Peterson enjoying some down time at Beer Fest last weekend.  Even amazingly talented athletes multitask with food, beer, music, friends....and their Blackberry.  They ARE just like us!!!

Saturday Night after the GIANT success of the Boise Music Festival in which the Backstreet Boys performed in front of 70,000 people, the boy band headed out to enjoy what downtown Boise has to offer. Backstreet Stud AJ found himself at the Balcony Club off 8th Street.

Enter Heather Fox. Boisean. Blonde. Hot.

Heather walks by the superstar and to her surprise hears "Those are some big ass titties!" 

Heather proceeded to take a picture with the famous Gentleman as proof:

Heather posted the picture along with the quote from AJ on facebook page and has received many comments describing AJ in a not so positive way. Harassment? Honesty? To be expected? Either way, Heather can live a long life knowing a Backstreet Boy approves of her rack.

Seen this morning at the residence of Josh Simplot:

Four Cop cars, two Government IRS vehicles and an angry Josh Simplot screaming to not take away his BMW. It seems Mr. Simplot may have forgotten to pay his taxes? Welcome to adulthood Josh, taxes are an important one.

Apparently, he ran a quick little errand to retrieve approximately $5,000 in order to send his new friends away.

Lesson learned. You have to pay taxes just like the rest of us!

Another great Boise weekend!

We hear there is some sort of massive drug bust going down on Idaho and 8th at the moment. Businesses are being forced to evacuate and crime scene tape is going up. Steer clear of the area and we'll post what we hear!

Update: Apparently we have a suspicious package on our hands.  (That's what she said)

Little did we know, this was Todd Rippo's world and we're all just living in it!

Todd Rippo, owner of the Java Coffeehouses in Ketchum and Boise, was seen at the Citizen Cope concert last night at the Knitting Factory making quite the scene. Not only did Rippo have people booted from a table that he claimed belong to him (it's open seating), he also refused to the leave the VIP area and threw a temper tantrum so disruptive that the GM of KF had to show up and simmer him down.

Rippo, who often introduces himself as "The Ripper," apparently got the VIP passes he wanted and the table too. Looks like it pays off to act like a 2 year old.

Spotted on Saturday night, approximately 2:30 am: Hermes Govantes (club promoter for Catacomb Nightclub and owner of HG Nightology clothing line) being attacked by a gang of angry dudes on 8th Street. Hermes was at a serious disadvantage with nearly 10 angry guys out for him. Hermes was seen fleeing the men and running into Bad Irish, as if it was a sanctuary.

Does anyone know what happened?

The Owner of SIN, Tom Burwell. Arrested on Wednesday morning at 3:01 am for DUI.
