And lastly - The 2nd Annual Curb Cup! Here's the info from their site:
On Sunday, August 29, much of Downtown Boise will be a stage – where entertainment and performance all come to life on our streets and sidewalks.
Destined to be a must-attend, gotta-participate annual signature event for our community, the Curb Cup 2 will feature hundreds of performers and thousands of voter attendees...all in one great circus of creativity in the heart of our city. It’s all free. It’s all fun. And, it’s all to celebrate who we are, where we live, and how we express ourselves.
The event is planned for 8th Street from Jefferson to BoDo, the Grove. The event runs from 1 pm to 4 pm. So, make an afternoon of it. And...of course, our award we're giving out: FameFifteen - Should be a Local Celebrity.
Enjoy all the summer festivities...even though it'll be 70 degrees outside. See everyone out and about in downtown Boise!
